Brooke M. Donnelly

Brooke Donnelly practices in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she represents property owners and developers in acquisition, development, and disposition of improved and unimproved properties. She also facilitates complex commercial transactions and negotiates commercial office, retail, and industrial lease agreements.

Brooke is also licensed in Texas, where she practiced law for several years in Dallas prior to relocating to Denver. She holds a Master of Business Administration in addition to her J.D. Brooke combines the industry knowledge she gained from her prior work in the hospitality and retail space with her legal expertise to better understand her clients and serve their needs.
