Brooks Goode

Brooks Goode focuses his practice on commercial real estate, assisting clients with leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He works with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial properties and supporting the acquisition and disposition of commercial and multifamily assets.

Brooks earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Alabama. Before joining Otten Johnson, Brooks practiced in data privacy and information security, including in-house experience as a privacy attorney with a global telecommunications company.
