Overview

Nicholas Gunther represents clients in various litigation matters, including commercial real estate and land use disputes. In his practice, Nicholas helps clients prevail through zealous and diligent advocacy and research. He has experience at all stages of the litigation process, including successful trial and motions practice in Colorado courts. In Washington, D.C., Nicholas developed his litigation skills, representing employees and employers in matters such as contract disputes, whistleblower claims, and wrongful termination suits. Upon returning to Colorado, Nicholas served as a law clerk for the Hon. Jason Carrithers in the Colorado 1st Judicial District.

Nicholas graduated with the Dean’s Public Service Award and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law. While in law school, Nicholas interned for the Colorado 5th Judicial District and held student practice positions with the St. Louis, Missouri and Boulder, Colorado district attorney’s offices. Prior to law school, Nicholas earned his undergraduate degrees from ASU W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College where he attended on a National Merit Scholarship and was recognized as a Moeur Award recipient for his academic excellence.
