Rachel K. DeSimone

Rachel DeSimone assists clients with a wide array of corporate and real estate matters, including entity formation and establishment of corporate structures, partnerships and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and various commercial real estate acquisition, disposition and financing transactions. Rachel’s practice includes work both within and outside of the State of Colorado and spans a variety of industries.

While in law school, Rachel was the Equity Editor for the Denver Law Review, in which she implemented policies to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all facets of the journal’s activity. Rachel’s studies in law school included Real Estate Transactions, Land Use, and Bankruptcy courses, exposure to which informed her current career.
