Overview

Noah Grolnick’s practice focuses on real estate-related litigation. He works with clients on a range of issues including resolving disputes related to property rights, zoning, and development.  Noah also represents developers, property owners, special districts, and municipalities, handling cases involving boundary disputes, easements, land use, eminent domain, landlord/tenant and public finance issues.

He obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was the executive technical editor for the Harvard Law and Policy Review. After law school, Noah served as a law clerk for Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Justice Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. from Duke University.
