Cindy Ureno

Cindy Ureno focuses her practice on several aspects of real estate transactions and development projects, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence review. Her expertise extends to working with institutional hospitality and private equity firms, providing counsel in asset management and revenue optimization strategies. Cindy couples her legal knowledge with a first-hand understanding of business issues to enable clients to achieve their business objectives.

While in law school, Cindy served as the treasurer for the Land Use Society and as the student representative for the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. Her studies included courses like Accounting for Lawyers, Transactional Negotiations, Real Estate Transactions, Public Finance, Environmental Law, and Sustainable Cities Practicum, reinforcing her commitment to integrating legal expertise with sustainable urban growth
