Overview

Chasen Miller’s practice focuses on real estate litigation and construction defect litigation. He represents clients in various disputes, including those involving construction defects, contract issues, and property-related matters. Chasen assists in managing cases through all stages of litigation, including research, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.

Chasen earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, he competed on the National Trial Team for two years and was a two-time regional champion in the National Trial Competition. He was also an Associate Editor of the 100th edition of the Denver Law Review. Chasen received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

After law school, Chasen was a legal intern at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado for Magistrate Judge Kristen Mix and was also a law clerk at the Colorado Supreme Court for Justice Richard Gabriel.
