Overview

Diana Caruso Jenkins represents clients in a wide variety of real estate development matters. In the land use context, Diana represents clients working through land use approval processes, such as annexation, zoning and rezoning, subdivision, and entitlements. Diana also works on a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and private development agreements, easements, and covenants.

While in law school, Diana interned with the National Audubon Society, Governor Jared Polis’ Office of Legal Counsel, and a national land-use consulting firm. She gained further experience in land use, agriculture, housing, and related policy matters as an advanced student attorney in the law school’s Sustainable Community Development clinical program. While in law school, Diana also obtained a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
