Michael Meacher's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use and resort projects, senior living facilities, medical office buildings, and industrial properties. Michael regularly assists clients with the joint venture aspects of these transactions, which often involves structuring and negotiating limited liability company agreements. Michael devotes considerable time to leasing matters, having represented landlords and tenants in all manners of leasing transactions across all property types. Michael also has extensive experience representing developers of common-interest communities, both in the traditional sense (create, market, sell) and by successfully defending challenges brought by unit purchasers under the Federal Interstate Land Sales Act.
Michael currently is a member of the firm's Wellness Committee.
