Corinne is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions & Capital Markets practice team. She assists clients with a range of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business counseling.
While in law school, Corinne gained practical experience through clinical work in family law and immigration, as well as internships with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office. She was also active in the law school’s LGBTQ+ and women’s bar association student groups. Before law school, Corinne worked in clinical research, where she focused on regulatory compliance. During that time, she was part of a team that received several awards, including an Innovation Award for a patient-engagement project.
Outside the office, Corinne enjoys hiking with her dachshund, Boots, gardening, and listening to audiobooks.
