Corinne M. Migliazza is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions & Capital Markets practice team. She assists clients with a range of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business counseling. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ben Wells is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice team. He assists clients with the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
