Most of our practice involves commercial real estate, business transactions, real estate finance, land use, workouts and restructuring, and litigation. That focus means our attorneys and the staff who support them build and cultivate genuine expertise in these areas.
How we invest in our people
Development at Otten Johnson happens through structured mentorship, training, and meaningful early responsibility. We pair all new hires with a mentor, for new attorneys this includes a a director-level mentor and a small peer pod for shared learning. Training comes both internally, led by experienced attorneys across practice areas, and externally through client development, programs, and conferences.
