Christina Hinton has worked for both law firms and private businesses focusing on business development and commercial and residential real estate transactions. She assists the Real Estate practice group with business entity formation and ongoing compliance; including, drafting Articles of Incorporation, operating agreements and filing corporate annual reports. She also assists with reviewing purchase and sale agreements, drafting amendments, managing contract deadlines, examining title commitments and preparing all closing and post-closing documents. Christina is a detail-oriented and collaborative team member who prides herself on developing strong client relationships and providing quality work.
