Brett M. Williams

Brett is a seasoned corporate and leasing attorney with extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, leasing, and general corporate matters. He counsels businesses through complex transactions, from due diligence to post-closing integration.

Brett has a strong track record of drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and key ancillary documents, including employment agreements, transition services agreements, and senior loan documentation. He also represents clients in real estate joint ventures, structuring both single-asset and programmatic deals for sponsors and capital partners.
