Overview

Leilani Argersinger works with companies and investors on corporate matters across the life of a business, from entity formation and early fundraising through growth and exit. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. She helps founders and emerging companies form their entities, raise capital through successive funding rounds, and draft and negotiate the agreements that support their operations. She also works on mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients through transactions that are part of a growth strategy or an exit for founders and investors.

Before joining Otten Johnson, Leilani practiced in the Denver office of an AmLaw 100 firm. She has been active in pro bono work throughout her career and is involved in the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, where she previously served on the board.
