Overview

Mike Davidson counsels clients throughout Colorado and across the country regarding corporate structuring, capital raising, and real estate acquisition and disposition matters. In particular, Mike helps clients with determining organizational structures, assisting with private placement and borrower side debt financing transactions, and drafting and negotiating joint venture, partnership, and purchase and sale agreements.

While in law school, Mike worked for the Boulder County Attorney’s office where he gained in-depth knowledge of the role local governments can play in real estate transactions. He also interned for the Hon. David Furman at the Colorado Court of Appeals, served as a legal writing teaching assistant and was an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Mike’s undergraduate studies focused on Biology and Human Physiology, fields he recognizes have virtually no application to the practice of corporate real estate law but which make him a far more interesting conversationalist.
