Alex Haggarty represents developers and landowners in real estate and land use matters. Her real estate practice includes acquisition, disposition, development and entitlement of commercial, residential and agricultural land. Alex also works with developers in public hearings and appeals for zoning, annexation, subdivision and other land use approvals. Alex assists with rural land and conservation easement transactions, as well.
While in law school, Alex served as a teaching assistant for 1L legal writing, was the Outreach Editor of the Colorado Review, and interned for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to practicing law, Alex worked for a large educational travel company, where she worked with superintendents and teachers to build international programs for middle and high schools.
Alex currently serves on the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and is a member of the Minoru Yasui Inn of Court.
