Otten Johnson Welcomes Three New Real Estate Attorneys

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that the firm has added three new attorneys, growing the firm’s Litigation and Land Use & Real Estate Development Practice Teams. These additions further strengthen our ability to serve clients across a wide range of industries and legal challenges.

Danielle De Santis focuses her practice on land use and real estate development matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she served as a staff editor and executive editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. While in law school, Danielle served as a judicial intern for Judge Rebecca Freyre for the Colorado Court of Appeals. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Arizona and also holds a M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. Prior to law school, Danielle worked in the education nonprofit sector.

Noah Grolnick’s practice focuses on real estate litigation. He obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was the executive technical editor for the Harvard Law and Policy Review. After law school, Noah served as a law clerk for Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Justice Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. from Duke University.

Chasen Miller focuses his practice on construction defect litigation, primarily representing homeowners and community associations. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After law school, Chasen was a legal intern at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado for Magistrate Judge Kristen Mix and was also a law clerk at the Colorado Supreme Court for Justice Richard Gabriel.
