Selector
A generic disclosure dropdown — a toggle button that reveals an arbitrary content panel below it. Renders template-parts/atoms/selector.

Used by the Insights Block's Type/Year filters — same darker body-copy color as
dark_toggle, plus tighter padding. Pass 'thin' => true alone.
