Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C. a premier commercial real estate and business law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3 – 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance having significant experience drafting and negotiating acquisition, construction and permanent loans for a variety of assets, including multifamily, retail, industrial, undeveloped land and office projects. Experience with real estate purchase agreements and joint venture agreements a plus.

Candidate must have a strong academic record, good judgment, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional client service.

The anticipated base salary range for each position is $190,000 – $210,000 annually.  The actual starting salary will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, education and overall fit for the role.
