Solstice

The Solstice community is a Shea Homes project located in Douglas County, Colorado, immediately south of Chatfield State Park.  When completed, Solstice will contain a new residential community consisting of 1,100 single-family homes, new regional water and wastewater utility systems, new regional roadways, and a variety of parks, trails, and open spaces for public use.  Otten Johnson assisted Shea Homes with entitlements on the project, including the preparation and approval of Planned Development zoning, right-of-way acquisitions for Solstice Rim Boulevard and other regional infrastructure, subdivision platting, and community outreach.
