Jennifer Hughson assists the firm’s Business Transactions & Capital Markets attorneys with a wide range of matters. Her work includes support in the formation of corporate entities and entity filings, preparation of corporate minutes and resolutions, acquisitions and mergers and SEC filings. Jennifer also has experience with purchase and sale agreements, debt and equity financings and general corporate governance documentation. In each matter, she works closely with attorneys and the clients’ in-house staff to secure and organize the necessary documentation to complete the deal efficiently and effectively.
With more than two decades of experience as a corporate paralegal, Jennifer has a depth and breadth of experience with the full range of corporate and real estate transaction matters. She has also worked on projects across a range of asset types and with clients ranging from individual landowners to large corporations. Before joining Otten Johnson, Jennifer worked in the corporate law departments of other private practice firms in the Denver area.
