Lindsey Diedrich’s practice concentrates on real estate law with a focus on development, sales, acquisitions and real estate finance. Lindsey’s detail-oriented approach enables her to more effectively partner with clients throughout the life cycle of the real estate development process. She works with clients from the identification and acquisition of property to development matters, including the creation of restrictive covenants and easements, through disposition.
Lindsey's experience includes the representation of clients in transfer and development transactions involving vacant, residential, office, industrial and retail sites throughout the country. In this work, she frequently analyzes and helps clients with title and survey review, land assemblies and easement and operation agreements.
Utilizing her extensive experience, Lindsey regularly represents developers in the creation of common interest communities, including condominiums and planned communities, and mixed-use developments. Lindsey's real estate finance experience includes representing borrowers on commercial real estate construction and permanent loan transactions, including the financing of office and industrial buildings and multifamily developments.
