Lindsey Diedrich concentrates her practice in real estate law, with a focus on sales, acquisitions, development, and real estate finance. She has represented buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in a variety of real estate transactions.
Lindsey's experience includes the representation of clients in transfer and development transactions involving vacant, residential, office, industrial, and retail sites throughout the country. Lindsey has experience in title and survey review, land assemblies, and easement and operation agreements. She has also represented developers in the creation of condominiums, planned communities, combination condominium/hotel developments, and mixed-use developments. Lindsey's real estate finance experience includes representing borrowers on commercial real estate construction and permanent loan transactions, including the financing of office and industrial buildings, and multifamily developments. She has represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving retail and office properties.
