JJ Asarch

JJ focuses his practice on corporate, private equity, strategic, and financial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures while also representing clients in connection with general corporate and real estate matters. He regularly serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor to clients.  His experience spans numerous industries, including healthcare, commercial real estate, resort management/hospitality, technology, telecom, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, and agribusiness.  He has substantial experience in both the commercial real estate and healthcare sectors, having worked in-house at a sponsor of public non-traded REITs and two healthcare companies.

JJ works closely with the firm’s Real Estate practice group.  He has extensive experience representing public non-traded REITs and other real estate ventures in connection with acquistions/dispositions and asset management, leasing, property management, joint venture, and corporate matters.
