Overview

Nate Arrington represents clients in various litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and land use disputes. Before joining the firm, Nate developed his litigation skills in Oklahoma City, representing clients in various industries in matters such as contract disputes, professional malpractice claims, and real estate cases. In his practice, Nate regularly helps clients achieve their goals through comprehensive, vigilant and practical service during the litigation process. He has experience with discovery, evidentiary and dispositive motions, including successful oral arguments before Oklahoma’s trial courts.

Nate graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Nate interned for the Hon. Timothy L. Brooks in the Western District of Arkansas, United States District Court. Nate mentored and instructed dozens of first-year law students as a Teaching Assistant for Contracts with Prof. Sharon Foster and Civil Procedure with Prof. Howard Brill. Nate also served as an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and won “Best Appellate Brief” two years in a row as a part of the University of Arkansas’ Altheimer Moot Court Competition.
