Press Release – Otten Johnson Welcomes Two New Attorneys
Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Allison P. Altaras has joined the firm as an associate, and Michael J. Meacher has joined the firm as senior counsel.
Allison received her J.D. from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law (2013). Prior to joining Otten Johnson, she practiced water and environmental law also served as an appellate law clerk for Hon. Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. Allison is a member of both the Real Estate and Land Use practice groups, assisting clients with purchase and sale transactions, title and survey, leasing, water rights due diligence, and land use and development approvals.
Michael received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law (2006). His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use and resort projects, senior living facilities, medical office buildings, and industrial properties. Michael is a member of the Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Business Transactions & Capital Markets practice groups.
