Otten Johnson Elects Allison Altaras and Cassandra Foster Shareholders & Directors of the Firm

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Allison P. Altaras and Cassandra Foster have been elected shareholders and directors of the firm. These new roles were effective January 1, 2022.

Allison represents landowners, developers, and business clients of all sizes in urban, infill, and raw land development matters, including purchase and sale transactions and land use and development approvals. Her land use work spans the entire life cycle of a project, from annexation, exactions analysis, zoning and rezoning, subdivision, site planning, development agreements, and infrastructure design and financing mechanisms. As part of Allison’s passion for land stewardship, she also works with farmers, ranchers, and private landowners on conservation easements and other issues unique to rural land, including the relationship between public lands and privately-owned property. Allison is a member of both the Real Estate and Land Use practice groups.

Cassandra’s practice focuses on real estate finance, representing borrowers and lenders in connection with multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. Cassandra’s expertise includes construction financing, note purchases, syndicated facilities, mezzanine financing, and real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions. She has broad experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions of both raw and developed property. Cassandra is member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Troubled Loans, Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practice groups.
