Otten Johnson is a Denver law firm focused on commercial real estate and the business that surrounds it. For more than 40 years, we have worked alongside owners, developers, investors, lenders, and businesses as they plan, finance, entitle, and complete projects in Colorado and across the country.
Real estate through and through
Real estate runs through every part of the firm. Our transactional attorneys, land use lawyers, litigators, and corporate lawyers all work on real estate matters. When a question crosses practice lines, it goes to colleagues who already understand the work. Across our seven practice areas, we support clients through the full life of a project, from land use to leasing.

Our work has touched nearly every block of downtown Denver and many projects throughout Colorado and beyond. This is also where we live, and we invest in these communities by supporting local nonprofits and the organizations our people value.
