Ashley Ravn

Ashley Ravn focuses her practice on land use and real estate development matters as well as real estate transactions. She works with developers, property owners, and public agencies to navigate the regulatory and zoning processes for various development projects ranging from residential to commercial developments.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she served as treasurer of the Black Law Student Association and technical editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. While in law school, her studies included Real Estate Transactions and Land Use. She also gained advocacy experience as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic. Prior to law school, Ashley worked as a finance associate at a healthcare communications agency.
