Erica L. Montague

Erica Montague assists various clients with their real estate and land use needs. She brings to the firm a unique background in Special Districts Law, which focuses heavily on commercial and residential project development and related infrastructure and finance matters for developers, municipalities, and special districts, across the State of Colorado.

During law school, Erica participated in the University of Denver’s Environmental Law Clinic, where she represented clients in cases pending before the Denver District Court and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She was also highly involved in the University of Denver’s nationally recognized Water Law Review. Prior to law school, Erica worked as a paralegal for over sixteen years, where she gained significant experience in several areas of law. She uses this foundational knowledge to counsel clients regarding a variety of matters.
