Overview

Emily Maino represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate properties located in major U.S. metropolitan markets.  Emily also assists her clients with their general commercial real estate needs.

While in law school, Emily was the Managing Editor for the Denver Law Review and an Articles Editor for the Water Law Review.  She was a teaching assistant for legal writing and research and a research assistant for several professors.  Emily gained experience interning with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado and spent a semester working with the Honorable Elizabeth Weishaupl in the 18th Judicial District.  Emily also interned with Denver Water’s Office of General Counsel where she encountered a variety of real estate, employment, and water related legal matters.

Before law school, Emily worked for the Operations Department of a University Admissions Office where she assisted with the processing of applications and managed the customer relationship management system for the Admissions team.
