Vicki L. Greene

Vicki Greene has over a decade of real estate experience as a paralegal and title examiner. She works with the firm’s Real Estate practice group to facilitate closings and manage real estate business transactions. She also assists with managing registrations and entity formation across the U.S. with their respective secretaries of state, including filing d/b/a’s, trade names, annual reports, maintenance of good standing, dissolutions and obtaining EINs from the IRS.

Prior to joining Otten Johnson, Vicki resided in South Florida where she focused primarily on foreclosure and title review. Then in 2019, she made the transition to Colorado and worked at a firm in the Cherry Creek area as their primary transactional real estate and corporate paralegal.
