David Plantz's practice is focused on helping lenders and developers negotiate and document credit facilities secured by commercial real estate, as well as the myriad real estate issues related to the development of commercial properties. David has experience with a wide array of development projects, including, but not limited to, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, healthcare facilities, multifamily projects, mixed-use projects, industrial facilities and other income-producing properties.
In addition to his project finance practice, David helps clients with commercial leasing issues, general real estate matters, as well as corporate and international transactions. David has represented several national and international financial institutions in the documentation of both syndicated and bilateral asset- and credit-based financing transactions.
David’s background in business development has made him sensitive to clients’ relationship with their clients, and he approaches deals with an aim to providing potential solutions as opposed to reasons a particular approach does not work.
