Otten Johnson Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Jesse Hodges

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce the addition of Jesse Hodges to our Real Estate Finance Practice Team. Jesse joins the firm with extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, bringing specialized expertise and a proven track record to our clients.

Jesse represents lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions with particular expertise in multifamily property financing through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program. Her practice encompasses all aspects of real estate loan origination and closing, including the drafting of loan documents and negotiating modifications for complex transactions involving affordability features such as bond financing, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), and tax exemptions and abatements.

Prior to joining Otten Johnson, Jesse practiced as an associate at a commercial real estate law firm in New York. Before entering law practice, she worked in risk and financial advisory services at a Big Four accounting firm, where she led the development of a comprehensive risk management framework for a major global asset management firm. This experience provides valuable perspective in identifying and addressing transaction risks for her real estate finance clients.
