Otten Johnson names three new Shareholders for 2007

Otten Johnson is pleased to name three new Shareholders for 2007. All previously were senior associates with the firm.

Johnson, James – Jim will continue his practice in the firm's land use, real estate and litigation groups. His practice is unusual in that it includes traditional transactional elements as well as litigation.

Philp, Jay – Jay practices with the firm's real estate group and will continue to represent clients in all phases of real property acquisitions, sales, financings and development.

Schwartz, Andrew – Andrew practices with the firm's real estate group and will continue to focus on acquisitions, dispositions and real estate finance. He also has experience in leasing, principally from the tenant side, and homebuilding.
