Otten Johnson Elects Three Attorneys as Shareholders and Directors

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti P.C. (Otten Johnson) is proud to announce that David A. Brewster, Lindsay K. Lyda, and Tasha Power have been elected shareholders and directors of the firm, effective January 1, 2026. These three attorneys have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering innovative legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of the firm’s clients.

David Brewster represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. He strives to achieve his clients’ goals through attentive, comprehensive, and pragmatic service. David’s transactional practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing. His clients range from individual landowners and closely held businesses to corporate real estate investors and developers. David also has a litigation background in complex corporate, landlord/tenant, easement, quiet title, adverse possession, foreclosure, and land use disputes. With his litigation background, David brings a unique and holistic approach to his legal practice.

Lindsay Lyda represents property owners and developers in a wide variety of real estate and land use matters. Lindsay’s land use practice focuses on entitlement related matters such as annexation, zoning, subdivision, and vested property rights. She has extensive experience with annexations and drafting and negotiating various complex entitlement agreements with a multitude of local jurisdictions. Lindsay regularly represents clients in public hearings and appeals for land use approvals and particularly enjoys helping landowners and developers navigate complicated entitlement processes.

Tasha Power is an experienced real estate attorney who focuses on commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction. She provides strategic guidance to her clients, including landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and property managers. Tasha represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of raw land and office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. In her leasing practice, Tasha negotiates and drafts commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial properties. She also negotiates and drafts custom and AIA construction agreements. Tasha enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and providing clear guidance to enable them to make informed decisions.
