Otten Johnson Elects Brian Connolly Shareholder
Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Brian J. Connolly has been elected shareholder and director of the firm. Brian’s new role was effective January 1, 2018.
Brian earned his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School (magna cum laude) and was elected Order of the Coif. Brian received a Master of Regional Planning, as well as a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies, from Cornell University. Before attending law school, he worked as an urban planner in Westchester County, New York. Brian is part of the firm’s Land Use, Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups.
Brian’s practice will continue to focus on two areas for which he is known nationally: Sign Regulation and the First Amendment, and Land Use Regulation and Fair Housing. Brian has served as an expert witness, and published a number of articles and chapters in academic texts, on both topics. He also manages the national blog: Rocky Mountain Sign Law.
