Otten Johnson represented WLV Multi-Family LP in connection with its development and financing of West Line Village Apartments, located in Lakewood, Colorado. West Line Village Apartments will be a 281 unit Class-A Transit Oriented Development (TOD) apartment complex. This property is located in a designated Opportunity Zone. Otten Johnson consulted on certain entitlement related matters, but the majority of our engagement involved assisting the client with equity financing for the project, joint venture documentation and construction debt financing, including compliance with specific United States Treasury Department Opportunity Zone regulations. Construction began in February of 2020, with a targeted opening in the Spring of 2022.
