Lola Peters

Lola Peters works with the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice groups and assists with all aspects of those practices, including commercial and residential development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and loan transactions. She works closely with clients, escrow and title companies, opposing counsel, and lenders throughout the life cycle of a transaction. She focuses on due diligence matters, including the review and resolution of title, survey, and zoning issues, and assisting with various closing matters, including preparation of conveyance documents. Lola has more than ten years of experience with real estate transactions, including working with clients through municipal and governmental approval processes. Lola is detail-oriented and a natural problem solver, and her attorneys and their clients rely on her to find creative solutions to their particular matters.
