Dee Dee Camarena

Dee Dee Camarena works with the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, much of which has been focused in real estate. Dee Dee’s work includes handling financing documents for extensive development projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. She also supports clients and attorneys on multi-family, office, mixed-use, charter school and manufactured housing developments throughout the country. Dee Dee’s experience requires her to work closely with clients throughout the lending process, and they rely on her responsiveness and attention to detail to get their matters completed efficiently and effectively.

Throughout her career, Dee Dee has held positions with a national home builder, vacation destination club, telecommunications company and area law firms. Each of Dee Dee’s previous roles informs her current work, including her previous experience with buyer-side financing, large-scale acquisitions and regulatory zoning hearings. She also has experience related to title, zoning and survey review, inspection and use issues, contract preparation and closings.
