Linda M. O'Neal

Linda O’Neal works with the Real Estate group and assists with the full spectrum of client matters. Linda has extensive experience related to sales, acquisition, and  financing of commercial properties, beginning with review, identification and resolution of due diligence matters, and handling closing processes  in all states. Her work with the firm’s Land Use group includes preparation and review of plats, easements and other documentation and processes related to commercial developments. Her 35-year paralegal career includes experience with a number of notable Denver-area firms in addition to her 21 years with Otten Johnson.
