Chelsea M. Marx

Chelsea Marx represents lenders in a range of real estate financing matters, including real estate acquisition and refinancing, revolving lines of credit and construction loans. Chelsea partners with clients across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail and general commercial, as well as recent work on charter school financings. Chelsea has a particular interest in working with clients on redevelopment projects, including those with tax incentives and historical property issues. Chelsea’s background as an operations director for a growing regional restaurant brand informs her ability to handle the detailed work necessary to work through complex matters with many moving parts.

While in law school, Chelsea was the Case Note and Comment Editor of the Denver Law Review. She also interned for the Hon. William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts.

Chelsea currently serves on the Firm’s Marketing & Business Development Committee and Associate Development Committee.
