Anna Lodge

Anna Lodge assists clients with a wide array of business transactions and capital markets matters, including entity formation, corporate structures, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and various commercial transactions. Her practice spans various corporate and commercial real estate transactions across Colorado and the U.S.

She earned her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she served as a staff editor and associate editor for the Denver Law Review. While in law school, Anna gained practical experience as a student attorney in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she represented clients before the Tax Court and the IRS and contributed research/writing to a landmark Supreme Court case. Anna was a student drafter in the Wills Lab and on several Tribal Wills Projects. She also served as a legal extern with the Colorado Office of the Child’s Representative, contributing to legislative research and policy analysis. Prior to law school, Anna worked in corporate and commercial real estate banking, where she managed client relationships and provided portfolio support for active deals.
