Ryan L. Briggs

Ryan Briggs’ practice focuses on a wide variety of real estate matters, including, sales, acquisition, development, leasing, and financing. Ryan has represented clients in acquisitions of raw land, construction and development loans for commercial properties, and in acquisition of other income-producing properties. Ryan also has experience representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers from initial steps to closing on credit facilities ranging from $1 million to $1.6 billion.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan obtained both corporate finance and general corporate experience.  Ryan has represented lenders with focuses on fully secured syndicated credit facilities (including M&A credit facilities), fully secured bi-lateral credit facilities, and real estate secured bi-lateral credit facilities. Ryan is also adept at analyzing corporate organizational structure and corporate organizational documents, including, formation documents and limited liability company agreements.

Ryan’s experience representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers has given him valuable experience and perspective, which allows him to understand the goals and key elements of each deal. Ryan approaches each client representation with this perspective in mind and advises his clients with the goal of maximizing value.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served in the United States Air Force as an officer in the JAG Corps, serving as both a prosecutor and victims’ counsel.
