Chelsea Marx represents clients in a variety of real estate and real estate finance transactions.  She currently focuses on representing lenders on loans involving all types of real estate construction and acquisition.

While in law school, Chelsea was the Case Note and Comment Editor of the Denver Law Review.  She also interned for Justice William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court and for the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts.  Prior to law school, Chelsea coordinated operations and new restaurant openings for the regional expansion of a local restaurant brand.

Chelsea currently serves on the Firm’s Marketing & Business Development Committee.
