Alex Gano is a dedicated and responsive real estate attorney who works with a variety of real estate professionals, including property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and agents to effectively and efficiently accomplish their objectives.  Alex recognizes the value of his clients’ time and strives to deliver results that meet or exceed their expectations. Alex has experience with researching, negotiating, and drafting deeds, easements, covenants, purchase and sale agreements, municipal resolutions, residential and commercial leases, and settlement agreements on diverse topics including code compliance, public infrastructure funding, historic preservation, mineral and water rights ownership, and affordable housing.  Alex has successfully represented clients in complex transactions as well as entitlement and regulatory matters.
