Bryce H. Beecher

  • Senior Counsel

Overview

Bryce Beecher leverages his more than two decades of experience as a real estate development and transactional attorney with his time as a in-house counsel on behalf of clients acquiring, developing and selling resorts, hotels and other commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. Beginning with acquisitions, he works with clients through the final disposition of properties, while also partnering with them in the formation, operation and management of master-planned communities, condominiums and other common interest community developments.

As a former in-house counsel in both the real estate and manufacturing industries, Bryce keenly understands the day-to-day business challenges his clients face, and they rely on his pragmatic, level-headed approach in each transaction. He has extensive experience with hospitality and fractional property interest developments nationwide. Throughout his career, he has worked directly on some of Colorado’s leading mountain resort communities as well as resort and hospitality projects throughout the country.

In addition to Bryce’s extensive work with resort and hospitality projects, he partners with developers on condominium, planned community and fractional-interest developments as well as commercial and mixed-use matters. In this work, he often functions as local or semi-in-house counsel for national developers. He helps clients work through detailed aspects of real estate development, including drafting and formation of covenants, easements and other contracts and agreements among parties.
