Camille Bacon-Schulte’s primary practice encompasses project finance and real estate lending. She handles, among other things, acquisitions, dispositions, loan originations, re-financings and restructurings. Her clients range from small joint ventures just starting to delve into the real estate development sphere to sophisticated international banks. Her past projects include major hotels, resorts and casinos, including Native American gaming, golf courses, multi-family housing and commercial ventures.
Camille also assists her clients with their litigation and foreclosure needs.
Prior to joining Otten Johnson, Camille was an associate at an international law firm in San Diego, California where she was a member of the project finance practice group. There, she gained experience working with major international banks financing innovative hospitality and gaming developments across the United States.
Camille is a registered member of the Osage Nation.
