Otten Johnson shareholder and director Amy Hansen is on the board of Urban Peak, and this interview took place at the organization's 2013 Maverick Thinkers dinner. Held every spring, the event raises funds for Urban Peak, but also honors a youth who has participated in their programs and a "maverick thinker" who has worked to promote their mission in the community.
