Otten Johnson Welcomes Kristin Pineiro as Senior Counsel

Denver, Colorado – Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Kristin A. Piñeiro has joined the firm as senior counsel.

Kristin A. Piñeiro counsels closely held businesses and high net-worth individual clients regarding legal and tax planning strategies for wealth transfer and preservation, business succession, probate, and trust administration, while incorporating the personal goals and values of each client.

Kristin provides legal advice on multi-generational business and estate plans, and the integration of marital agreements, trusts, and other entities to accomplish wealth transfers and tax benefits.  Kristin is also experienced in creating business succession plans that incorporate life insurance, buy-sell agreements, and incentive plans for key employees.
